Prof. Dr. Saqlain Naqvi, Chairman, Department of Biochemistry, University of Arid Agriculture, Rawalpindi visited ISHU, KU in the HEC Short-term Teacher Exchange (HEC-STEP) Program Feb. 10-15, 2009.

Titles of Lectures:

1. Commonly used techniques in protein separation
2. Electrophoresis techniques
3. Isoelecteric focusing and 2-D electrophoresis

Dr. Naqvi also trained ISHU research students in 2D-Gel Electrophoresis techniques and discussed future collaorative projects between UAA and KU with Dr. Khan, Prof. and Director at ISHU.
